The business was established in the UK to market Turkish holiday/investment homes and to help clients fulfil their dreams of owning an affordable home abroad. We work in tandem with our British colleagues located in the exquisite holiday resort of Alanya.
We act as an agent for many established developers along the whole holiday coastline of Turkey, from Kusadasi, a gateway to Ephesus, through to the dramatic and popular Bodrum Peninsular on the Aegean Sea in the west, and then on round to the vibrant resort of Alanya on the Mediterranean coast to the east. The Mediterranean region is often referred to as the Turkish Riviera.
A major part of our role is to ensure that our property portfolio reflects the wide diversity of customer requirements. There are many different types of properties available, from one bedroom apartments to majestic villas with their own pool and every conceivable luxury. Our agents based in Turkey are well acquainted with the country and its’ diverse culture. They will share with you their in-depth knowledge of specific regions and locations, property types, local builders and everything else you will need to ensure your purchasing experience will be a positive and enjoyable one.
