Because key decisions cannot be rushed, our viewing trips generally last seven days so you can discover all you need to know to make researching and considering the purchase of a property a pleasure, not a source of anxiety. Just call us to discuss your viewing trip, and we can advise you on which airport you can fly from, which airlines operate flights to Antalya and we can also clarify what dates would suit you. We ask clients to pay their own airfare but we provide accommodation over in Turkey for up to two people for the duration of their viewing trip, either in a quality hotel or in an apartment on a development in which they may have expressed a specific interest prior to going out. Should you purchase a property through ourselves as a result of going on one of our viewing trips, we will refund to you the cost of your airfare.
We are always happy to tailor our viewing trips to suit individual requirements and if you are unable to be away for seven days, or perhaps you wish to prolong your stay for a private holiday afterwards, then we would be happy to create an itinerary to suit your specific needs.
You relax… we do the rest. Our staff will collect you from the airport and drive you to your hotel or apartment. Next day one of our representatives will collect you and make a start on your inspection trip.
There will be a lot to fit in… we need to help you find your favourite area and identify properties that match your budget and needs, and you will want the process to be enjoyable and thorough. Once we have discussed your budget, the type of property and locations that would suit you and your family, we will structure an itinerary to suit.

Our staff, who will be with you throughout the week, will take you for a full day tour of the main areas and towns, taking in the exotic sights and sounds and local beauty spots of romantic Turkey. Day one will give you an opportunity for you to decide on the areas that are of most interest to you, which will help us to set your viewing itinerary for the rest of the week.

Remember, you will be under absolutely no obligation to purchase; we do understand that realising your dream does mean stepping into the unknown, and our staff have the expertise to deal with your concerns as well as providing a reality check for aspects that you may not have considered. Should you wish, we could arrange for you to meet the building developer’s staff again, to discuss costs, finishes, completion dates, optional extras, and contractual terms etc. Depending on how fast you may wish to move to secure your chosen property we can arrange for you to meet lawyers and other officials, and even help you open a Turkish bank account.
Should you decide to purchase a property while you are over in Turkey, you would typically be required to pay a deposit of £3,000 to secure your property. Terms for payment of the balance of the purchase price will vary according to the developer, but once you have paid your deposit you can return home secure in the knowledge that you will have time to put your financial arrangements in place for the payment of the balance and that your property will be available to you for occupation when payment of an agreed proportion of the balance has been made.
