 BUYING a property abroad is a very

cost viewing trips will enable you to discover how beautiful Turkey is

Key decisions cannot be
rushed, our viewing trips last seven days so you can discover all you
need to know to make researching and considering the purchase of a
property a pleasure, not a source of anxiety. Just call us to discuss
your viewing trip, tell us which airport you wish to fly from, what
dates would suit you and we will do all the rest; we will book your
flights through an ABTA bonded travel agent; we book 4 or 5 star hotel
accommodation for your stay in beautiful Turkey and will arrange a
viewing itinerary to suit your specific requirements and budget You pay
just £89 per person. This concessionary cost includes flights, transfers
and 4 or 5 Star accommodation on a half board basis.
This price applies
to a maximum of two people per viewing trip. If you purchase a property
this cost is refunded. (This price may not be available during school
half term holidays, just before and after Christmas and Easter.)
We are always happy to tailor our viewing trips to suit your special
requirements. If you are unable to be away for seven days, or perhaps
you wish to prolong your stay for a private holiday aterwards, then we
would be happy to create an itinerary to suit your needs.
You relax… we do the rest. British staff will collect you from the
airport and drive you to your hotel. Next day our British representative
will collect you and make a start on your inspection trip.
There will be a lot to fit in… we need to help you find your favourite
area, properties that match your budget and needs, and you will want the
process to be enjoyable and thorough.
All our staff who live in Turkey are British. This means that they can
share their in-depth knowledge of specific regions and locations,
property types, the best builders, and everything else you need to know.
They will help you to discover stunning properties at stunning prices.

Day 1
Our staff, who will be with you throughout the week, will take you for a
full day tour of the main areas and towns, taking in the exotic sights and
sounds and local beauty spots of romantic Turkey. Day one will give you an
opportunity for you to decide on the areas that are of most interest to you,
which will help us to set your viewing intinerary for the rest of the week.
Days 2-6
Our extensive knowledge of the best value properties, built by the most
experienced and established building developers, means that you will be
viewing many stunning properties, all built to extremely high standards.
We structure our viewing trips to last seven days, so that you have plenty
of time to see many properties just once and those that really appeal, twice

Making a purchase a pleasure
Remember, you will be under absolutely no obligation to purchase; we do
understand that realising your dream does mean stepping into the
unknown, and staff have the expertise to deal with your concerns as well
as providing a reality check for aspects that you may not have
considered. We are there to help, not to hassle.
Should you wish, we could arrange for you to meet the building
developer’s staff again, to discuss costs, finishes, completion dates,
optional extras, and contractual terms etc. Depending on how fast you
may wish to move to secure your chosen property we can arrange for you
to meet lawyers and other officials, and even help you open a
Turkish bank account.
Remember, our staff live in the area and have helped hundreds of people
to acquire the property of their dreams, so we understand everything
that is required when you go through that exciting stage of purchasing
your own Turkish property; we can even help you to source furnishings
and furniture.
Once we have discussed your budget, the type of property and locations
